Mentoring

Paying it forward to help others succeed is a passion of Pam’s. This can range from being the principal’s trusted advisor to mentoring other leaders who may be the bench for the future. Unlike task and accountability-focused coaching, mentoring is development-driven. It addresses self-perception, relationships, and external factors affecting behavior. Mentoring is not about telling you what to think, but rather, how to think.

Pam brings to the table her 30+ years of business experience, her familiarity with real estate, her strong relationship skills, and her desire to see YOU succeed. For women who are current or aspiring leaders, she is able to offer her unique perspective and counsel as a female executive in a male-dominated environment.
